Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
For non-defective items, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

If your product has a quality issue (for example, a size deviation of more than 5mm or unusable film due to manufacturing error), we will process a full refund.
